The following are several activities that we do in my classes around the topic of Cliques and Status Anxiety
This is my five minute video clip summarizing the lesson. I send it out to parents the week we are discussing it. It uses some of the same clips we talk about in the unit down below. You can use it either as a intro or a summary at the end or you can send it out to parents.
Put Students into groups of 2-4 have them discuss these two questions and write down their answers on a piece of paper. Discuss in class everyone’s answers afterward
Have a discussion on how it compares to other schools they've been to. What causes it to be more or less?

I typically put these on a pear deck so students can answer these questions on their devices and then we talk about the answers during class
