Research the Bias and use the Slideshow template attached to fill in your research

A series of 1 minute videos deconstructing different propaganda techniques used commonly on many news media sources
I show these when we are going through the different biases from their presentations above
These assignments below are on managing stress- sometimes I put it in this unit as we talk about stress increases bias and makes us more controlling in our relationships
I ask the students these questions through a program called pear deck. They can answer on their phones and the answers show up on the screen
I have the students get in groups of 2-4 and give them the packet on the left, then I have them pick two distorted thought patterns. They have to make a roleplay or a skit on both of them. Afterwards they perform it in front of class and the class has to guess which distorted thought they are using
