Note: A lot of these notes and assignments are doubled up in my Early Childhood Education class. If I am teaching both classes at the same time I often will often leave several of these things out in my Child Development class so as to leave it in my Early Childhood Education class and have less overlap.

While teaching if a child is having problems is easy to blame them and put unhelpful labels on them. Kids who have trouble are lagging in skills to help them to be successful. A teacher can help them learn these lagging skills but first they must be identified
